My background

Growing up in the family heating and air conditioning business taught me so many valuable lessons, working closely with my Dad who is an HVAC Master, and my brother, a Journeyman. Both of them had a great impact on who I am today. Later in my 20's, I helped my dad and brother-in-law build houses extending my knowledge of the home construction process. By the time my late 20's early 30's had arrived, I was operating as the owner of a home remodeling company. After a few years, I had my eyes set on the real estate sales industry. I became a Realtor in early 2003 and am presently licensed (non-practicing). A big part of being a Realtor other than successful sales is reputation and ethical dealing with fellow Realtors and the public, which I practice to this day. Being an agent for so long gave me a great perspective as I started my home inspection company. Seeing both sides of the home inspection and real estate process allowed me to put great emphasis on streamlining my process. I feel as though I have integrity and a great reputation in the local market. I strive to do the right thing and to truly help people.
